4. Encrypted transmission to AWS Rekognition via HTTPS
5. AWS processes image and returns face detection result (boolean)
6. Original image data is immediately purged from device memory
7. Only the detection result (true/false) is retained for app functionality
8. AWS automatically deletes all processed data upon completion
